EKODOM offers only custom furniture

We do not offer ready-made furniture. All furniture is made to individual dimensions and tailored to your home, villa, office, hotel or restaurant. In our office in Burgas you can see samples of mechanisms, different color solutions and styles of different furniture.
To get a quote for custom furniture, please follow these steps:

1. Inquiry and clarifications

Send us an inquiry using the contact form on our website or contact us by phone. In order to guide you in terms of price quote and lead time, we will need information and dimensions of the room, as well as more details about the furniture you would like to place in it.

2. 3D design and visualization

The step where you will see a real and voluminous visualization of the project. At this stage, we can still adjust anything on the project and make changes to color choices, mechanisms and placement.

3. Preparation of conceptual design and commentary with you

We will prepare a conceptual layout of your home/premises and contact you for a meeting and comment on it. Here is the time to choose materials and mechanisms, and we will advise you on the most suitable ones for your project.

4. Offer

Within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the number of pieces of furniture and the size of the room, you will receive a written quote from us and a phone call that we have sent one to your e-mail address.

5. Approval, order and advance payment

Upon subsequent approval of our quotation and your decision to work with us, we will prepare a contract for your order and require a 60% down payment to start the work from our side.

6. Sizing

We will contact you further to arrange for exact measurements to be taken at your convenience. Our specialist team will take the exact dimensions of the rooms, the furniture itself and the location of the electrical and plumbing outlets.

7. Delivery

We will let you know a few days before delivery to arrange a convenient day and time. We need assistance with securing access to your home.

8. Installation and finalization

On delivery, we will arrange a convenient time to carry out the installation of your furniture. The next 30% of the total amount will be paid before the actual installation. EKODOM's technical control checks the installation and a final acceptance report is signed, after which the final 10% of the total project cost is paid.
